Electrical Performance: This is its most fundamental performance characteristic. It mainly includes power frequency withstand voltage and leakage current. Power frequency withstand voltage refers to the AC voltage that the mat, at a given thickness, can withstand for a certain period without breakdown. Leakage current refers to the minute current flowing through the mat at a specified voltage; this value is strictly controlled within safety standards. Different voltage levels in operating environments require insulating mats with corresponding electrical performance levels.

 

Physical and Mechanical Performance: The mat needs sufficient durability to withstand complex field environments.

Tensile Strength and Elongation: These reflect the mat's ability to resist tensile deformation and breakage, ensuring it is not easily damaged during installation or under external forces.

Hardness: Moderate hardness provides both support and comfort while ensuring good adhesion and anti-slip properties.

Abrasion Resistance: For areas with frequent foot traffic or equipment movement, high abrasion resistance can extend the mat's lifespan.

Oil and acid/alkali corrosion resistance: This property is crucial in industrial environments where oil or chemicals may be present, preventing the mat from deteriorating due to corrosion.

 

Weather resistance and environmental adaptability: High-quality insulating rubber mats should be able to withstand certain temperature changes (without softening or flowing at high temperatures, and without hardening or cracking at low temperatures), and possess a certain degree of resistance to ozone and UV aging to adapt to different indoor and outdoor installation environments.
